How do i change the

Spacer Size (pixels) (Spacing between the body border and the main content)

Outer Border Width (pixels) (This value specifies the width in pixels of the outer-border of all colored tables)

i want my forum to extend 90% - right now their is a space 25px

how do i reduce that to 10px? border?
