Forum manage attachments question
 

Running VB4.0.3
In manage attachments >add files> my windows looks like the first attachment, I'm not sure if this is a bug or there is a setting for this...what do I turn on or off to get it back to the way it is here? like

I posted in vBulletin 4 Questions, Problems and Troubleshooting with no reply and the thread just gets berried. I don't think it's a bug so I am unsure of where to post it
