Forum Header is messed up
 

I have a custom header made (dont ask why im using tables instead of the style vars)

The header works find, but the login info up top right is backwards. It starts with Log Out, then goes Settings, My Profile, Notifications, and then the Welcome X message. Can someone help me figure this out and how to correct it?
