Wordpress VBulletin mySQL issue
 

I tried looking for the same information everywhere but I can't seem to solve this problem. I just installed Wordpress on my site and directed the program to my mysql server that hold the database for my VB forum now I get a message "The service is unavailable." I do have a back-up of the forum but I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. Wordpress seems to be working fine but not VB. Here is the info I have available:

Latest version of wordpress
VB 3.8.x
Hosting with godaddy
Mysql

and if there is anymore I can provide in information let me know,
