Forum vBulletin 3.8.5 to 4.0.3 question
 

We have been on vBulletin for many years and numerous versions. Now if I want to install a fresh copy of 4.0.3 will vBulletin 4.0.3 pull all the required information from the data base to keep all the members, usergroups, permissions and so on intact? Basically I want to wipe the ftp folder, install 4.0.3 but I want to be sure it will draw all the required data from the sql.
