Forum Usergroups based off of User IP?
 

Is there a way to organize a group of users into a certain group based off of their registration IP? I'm wanting to prohibit a problem user from accessing the forum, but they are using a dynamic IP. I have the IP down to an area, but I don't want to preclude other users, just new registrations.
