Before I buy Questions
 
We are trying to create an online magazine and community website.

I like the idea of the CMS vbulletin.

Here are my questions:
  1. Can i create a free side and paid side to vbulletin?
  2. Can i create a video pay per click section for paid and free members
  3. Can i create forums - some that would be open to free members and the rest open only to paid members
  4. Can i create a file download area, where only members can download that file?
  5. Can i create a contact us form that will allow for any user to upload video and content?
