Forum HELP!: Wont allow new users to log in
 

Hey guys,

first id like to let everyone know im new to the vbulletin scene, and to please bare with me. Im pretty sure that its an easy fix but i dont even know where to begin!

Here is the problem, when new people register to my website everything works fine untill they try to log back in, when they do try it says there password is invalid.

ive already looked into every option in the Control Panel and its nothing i have set, i think the only thing that changed since i started my site is that i updated to 4.0.2 PL4.


Any ideas?
