Members bypassing the vBulletin censor
 

When I put words inside the vBulletin censor, members can still bypass them using certain bbcodes.

So if I block the word monkeytime, members can bypass the filter by bolding one of the characters like so: monkeytime. They can also use other bbcodes such as underline like so:
monkeytime, also italics works. It doesn't matter what bbcode style they use but underline, bold, and italics can bypass the words inside the vBulletin censor.

I am unsure how to block these in the censor, does anyone know how to block these?
