Attachments Not Downloading?
 

How can I fix this issue? I can upload attachments fine, but no user - including myself - can download the attachments. They show as downloadable and when a user clicks to download them, it's like a broken link. The request freezes/doesn't work. Could this be some sort of permissions error or something? How can I get attachments to work/become downloadable for everyone? Is it a folder permission problem?:confused::confused:

P.S. I uploaded a PDF. I think image attachments work fine, well the thumbnails show but when you click even on an image attachment it doesn't load either.
