Forum Unregistered users can download attachments..why?
 

Hi,
After upgrading from 3.8.5 to 4.0.3 I tried visiting my forum as a visitor (Unregistered) and to my surprise I was able to download attachments with out any problems. I thought maybe upgrading somehow reset my user group permissions so I went to my CP and again was surprised to see that under "unregistered" users, downloading attachments was not permitted..so how come?
