Forum Is there a profile pic and avatar resizer?

When people upload pictures for their profile picture and custom avatar, there are defaults like 100x100 etc. If they go over that size, Vbulletin says the photo can't upload. So either users resize it or they can't have one.

Since I think most casual users don't have image resizing tools (or won't bother to find one), I have set the default dimensions bigger (500x500) to avoid the "sorry your pic is to big". So this allows people to easily upload avatars and profile pics, the problem now is I have gigantic pictures.


Can Vbulletin somehow auto-resize these pictures? As in I want to size the profile and avatar to 100x100, but the user doesn't have to resize his image to fit the specification?
