Forum Cant log into admin v4.0.3
 

Ive recently made a test forum to follow out all my upgrades before i put them on my live forum, having created this new test forum and successfully installing the forum and actually amazed myself by doing it, LOL. I cant log in for some reason. After setting all the admin details going to the admincp to log in, it just goes back to the admincp/index file. And the same goes for when i login to the forum home.

Can someone tell me whats going on? ive only edited the correct files for installing the 4.0.3 so i havent changed anything, is it a cookie problem or what? It seems as the board isnt recognising me and just goes back to the forum home.
