Member with minimum character problem
 

vbulletin 3.8.5

One of my members can not post because the forum keeps telling him he needs at least 10 characters - even when he types more then 10 characters.

He created a second account and can post fine.

I checked his first account, and did not see anything wrong in the control panel. The account is in the correct user group,,,, everything "looks" fine.

The member is using Firefox with a few add-ons. I have asked him to disable the add-ons and try it again.

Has anyone here seen this type of problem before?
