Install stopped...Now what?
 

I am upgrading my forum from 3.8.2 to 3.8.5. I am on step 2 of 5:

Step 2) Import latest admin help
Importing vbulletin-adminhelp.xml


My upgrade has stalled/stopped. I have been sitting here for 20-25 minutes waiting for it to move on to the next step (it said to be patient), and it is not. My page shows Done in the bottom right corner. Now what do I do to progress the upgrade?
