Forum Problems with image files
 

I tried to upload an avatar and got this:

Another problem is why I want to insert a .gif file (haven't tried with other types) into a post. It also gives an error.

What is this?

I want to mention that I have recently imported my phpfusion forum and none of the avatars was imported. Maybe there is some problems on my server? (file permissions?)
