Forum Moving to a new webhost, howto?
 

I´m in the process of moving my forum to a new webhost and need a good tutorial how to do that. I´ve been reading the vBulletin manual on this subject, but i don´t find it very adequate, especially when it comes to backing up/exporting and restoring the database. It assumes a Telnet/SSH option which i don´t have on the old server so it must be done thru web interface.

Are there any better tool than phpMyadmin for working with MySQL databases in terms of backing up/restoring a forum database? I find phpMyadmin a bit tedious.........

Running vBulletin 4.0.2 PL4 btw.
