Impex, SMF To vB 4.0 Character Issue
 

Hi,
I have a problem with Impex. After I import database, I am facing with turkish character issue.
My new system vBulletin 4 has a problem with turkish characters when I imported database from SMF 1.1.x.Is there anyone who can help me about that.
