CMS CMS and Blog do not work after server transfer
 

I do not have a link to my Home page (content.php) and when I manually type the URL in I get a blank page. I have the link to blog but when I go there I also get a blank page. My forum seems to work 100%, I have not run into issues with that.

I just recently transferred servers and just got my database all imported and all my data in the CP is there, just no CMS or BLOG.

I do have a few plug-ins:
1. Email us link in navebar (which is turned off)
2. image re-sizer
3. new album pictures on forum home
4.Rotating banner system
5.Zoints anonymous posting

Any suggestions on what could fix this?
