Need clarification on the vBulletin ticket support system. Hey, I'm in the middle of a support query with vBulletin and I wanted confirmation that visiting the online ticket and replying was the same as an email reply that notified vBulletin of a response. I waited 5 hours for the initial response to my query, it's now been an aditional 5 hours since my reply and I want to make sure it's on their system as it's quite important.
