CMS Constant content on the CMS HOME PAGE
 

Hi,

I'm a new user to vBulletin 4.

On my site I need to have two different content types...
One for flowing content like the original NEWS.
And the other one for constant content like educational stuff.

What would be the best way to do it ?
I also need a new navbar object for the educational stuff.
