Forum hyperlink question
 

I must have missed a switch somewhere, my links arent allowing me to make the text a link.
Such as when you make a word or phrase into a link. It will only allow me to post the link next to the phrase ( see below example )
I am an Admin and have allowed myself html.

Also, there isnt an optin when hitting the "Insert Link" button of a post to put in the text, only the URL. I used to have that option on 3.8
