Forum FaceBook Icon Does not appear
 

After 4.0.3 upgrade and following directions of setting up FaceBook, including activating FaceBook option in ADMINCP with all proper codes..... The FaceBook Icon does not appear at the top of the pages.

Any suggestions where I may start looking to resolve this issue will be appreciated :)
