PADDING for the border of the forum
 

I so want you to return the previous function that was in vb 3.8
Which we could determine the space that around the forum (PADDING)
there is a stylevar for that - but this stylvar is not only for the forum border - so if we change it to 0 - the forum loks really ugly.
