Can vbulletin be used on a private server?
 

We are wanting to use vBulletin on a private network, hosted on a server that has no internet or email access. Can this be done?

How would our users register and be confirmed with the forum?

is there a way to register users without uing emails?

Can you import user account information from active directory servers to act as user accounts on vBulletin?

Any info or other users experiances would be greatly recived.
