CMS problem with CMS permissions
 

hello

I don't know what the problem exactly, I just can't see the CMS as register user or quest
only if I login as adminstrator I can see the content

I'm sure all user groups "Can Read" as what in "Permissions Manager"

so what is the problem? and how I can fix this
