Transfering license ~ What does the buyer need to provide the seller?
 

When transfering ownership of your vbulletin license, I understand that the seller must submit a trouble ticket to do this. What does the buyer need to provide the seller for the trouble ticket to transfer ownership? (Ie The new URL?, Who will it be hosted by?...ect)

Is there a list of items that vbulletin needs to make this transfer happen?
