Disable board
 

I've tried several search strings but have been unsuccessful at finding a relevant thread. I'm trying to disable my forum but the board just doesn't get disabled. I am also unable to switch themes (a test another admin has done to see if everything in the admin panel is working) but have been unsuccessful. Any pointers?
