Suite Creating a testbed for my upgrade to version 4
 

This is probably a dumb question and I have looked around first before asking it... I am trying to create a local test bed for my version 4 upgrade and I'm having some difficulties.

I copied the database from the hosted location and imported that database into my local Xampp. I ran the upgrade on that database to version 4 however whenever I try to access the admincp it takes me to the home page of the site itself without any style/template. Also whenever I click on a link it attempts to go to the original hosted site.

I know I must be doing something stupidly wrong and wanted to avoid sounding like an idiot but I've searched for a couple days trying to find a resolution without success.
