Forum Enhanced Attachment Uploading
 

After migrating from phpbb my existing users now have Enhanced Attachment Uploading switched off.

In vB Settings Asset Manager is set to: Enable and all new users are having this options switched on but I would like to enable it for all my existing users.
Is there a sql query I could run or something?
