Forum Avatar option missing in settings
 

Hello,
I have a problem with the avatar options in my user settings.
I purchased vBulletin forum and all was well, avatars where working and my users could upload and set their avatars fine.

I then decided to upgrade to the publishing suit and now when a new user registers or an existing user goes into Settings, the avatar options are missing.
I have checked that Display Avatars are enabled in Options > user registration, & that avatars are enabled in Options > user pictures.
But Edit Avatar is still missing from Settings for the user.

if anyone knows how to fix this I would really appreciate the help.
