What about a Group PM function?

So that the Leader of the Group, a Moderator or an Administrator can send a PM to all the group members with 1 receipt: 'Group X'


This is a feature in PhpBB and I used it quite a lot.

Like, a beta-testers group, this is useful for that, no?
