CMS Section Content Alignment Issue
 

I'm hoping someone can help with an issue I'm having with the Section Widget in CMS.

Firstly, the +/- buttons are being cutoff, and secondly, the entries are not left aligned.

I've uploaded a screenshot below;

I've tried this with the default theme also, and get the same result. Can someone point me in the right direction?
