Is this OK in terms of my licence?
 

I have an owned licence (3.8.x) but my site is not going well. I want to use it on another site. Is it ok to take it down from the other site and use it on the new one instead?

Would I need to download the files from the member’s area again or would it be OK to use the ones I downloaded before?
