Admin CP Allow AdminCP in english while forum is in something else..
 

Run a couple of vb sites, in a couple of different languages..
and i prefer the default language in admincp, since its only me and a couple
of superadmins using it we dont care for bad translations which just
add to confusion.

Admincp in english while board is set to a specifik language.
