Forum Please help with settings permissions for allowing download of attachment
 

Sorry for this noob question. I've just upgraded my forums from SMF today, import all went ok :)

Now I want registered members to make at least on post in order to download any attachments. I've looked in Admin panel and just cant figure out the correct settings. Please help.
