Forum Test forum created but...
 

I followed the steps outlined here for creating a test forum in 3.8.

The intention is to try out the 4.03 upgrade on my test 4.02 first. Here is my problem. I can not log in to the test site because of the cookie location I assume. Since I copied the site directory over. The 3.8 directions noted above indicate to log into your new test site admin cp and change the location but mine wants to revert to the functioning site. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Edit:

Clarification. If I try to log into the test forum, it reverts to the actual. If I try to log into the admincp it switches screens as it does when logging in but then goes back to my login screen. Thanks
