Avatars Facebook connect done wrong?

It's great to see that you have Facebook connect button!

This is just my opinion, but I think other people may agree with me: I think your facebook connect is not done 100% correct.

Basically the main advantage of facebook connect is to simplify the registration purpose - the facebook user can click on button, approve the application, and boom - the user is now registered. The way you have implemented is that even after the facebook user approved the application, you still asking to date of birth and asking for username, email, etc...

Is it possible to NOT do that and just let the user keep using the facebook credentials?

Also, It does not look like Vbulletin is using my avatar from Facebook if I joined via facebook connect. Why not? How hard would it be to just use the url of my facebook avatar in my posts or maybe just copy the facebook avatar so the file system to use as my default avatar?

Do you have any plans to streamline the registration via the facebook connect?
