Forum WYSIWYG Editor
 

I have a problem both on my webiste and here on vbulletin.com as well.
Despite having WYSIWYG Editor switched on it doesn't work either on Opera 10.51 or IE8.
Also I cannot see A/a button which is supposed to be somewhere on the right next to the arrows
