Upgrade process - Move the "NEXT" button to a static location
 

The "NEXT" button continues to change position on every page load, on every step. During a recent upgrade from 3.7.3 to 4.0.3 I must have pressed that thing 100 times and had to hunt for it every time.. I realize automatic-upgrading, like wordpress, is a pipedream at this point, but a small little change like this would really help.
