Cannot Optimize or Repair Table causing DB error
 

When I run Repair/Optimize table in the AdminCP everything is fine however it says this

Error: Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `vbhumanverify`" to fix it!

I try repairing and it doesnt work it just says the same thing. again and again..

I've tried doing this in phpMyAdmin aswell and it just says i need to repair, apparently the the "repair" isn't working on its own or something?

Its causing my website to have a Database Error
I disabled the plugins by placing the code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
in the config.php file. (this allows me to login and try to rerun the database repairs.

Is this vbhumanverify a plugin? or is a natural vbulletin table? If its a plugin which is it so I can uninstall it.
