Suite Upgrade option for v4.03
 

Guys what is going on? I just downloaded the 4.03 and opened the instructions. I see the following:

vBulletin 4 Installation / Upgrade


But the next section talks about doing a fresh v4 install. Then there are instructions to upgrade from v3 to v4. I am a bit concerned to follow fresh install directions when I have v4.02 PL4 installed.

What really bugs me is I follow your link to more detailed installation instructions yet the most up to date manual is for version 3.8.4. What gives? We have a version 4 and no manual?

What I can not afford is to make a mistake doing the upgrade from 4.02 to 4.03 and then have it mess up because I didn't do something correctly. Could we please get the installation instructions written in such a manner that people who have an existing v4.02 can get a clear guide on upgrading?
