CMS Login/Welcome area not adjusting properly
 

Hello, after upgrading to 4.03 I am having a bit of a problem with the positioning of the login/welcome area at the top of the page.

If my window is maximized all is well, if I reduce the size of the window a little the text starts to get scrunched.

If I reduce the size of the window even more then the login/welcome text moves from the top of the header to the bottom.

This only happens with Internet Explorer. With Chrome and Firefox everything stays in position just fine. Facebook Connect is NOT enabled.

I reverted the Header and Headinclude, but that didn't help.

Any ideas on fixes are appreciated. (I can't replicate this on the vbulletin.com site, so I assume it is something on my end).
