Profile Information not been imported
 

I'm upgrading from vbulletin 3.8.5 to vbulletin 4.0.3

I am having issues with signature and profile information. They both are not being pulled from 3.8.5 to 4.0.3.

Is there something wrong with my import? I've tried it twice.
