Unable to download with IE8 from vbulletin com members area
 

1) Unable to download!

Unable to download 4.0.3
i saw java updated itself last night, perhaps its a java error..

In any case, when i download the zip or tar file
i am unable to unzip cause it is corrupted aswell!

Downloaded with firefox, and appeared to be fine.
also able to unpack.

2) unable to report in projects...
