Forum Changing URL temporarily
 

I've had two attempts at upgrades to 4.0.3 go wrong

so what I want to do is is try again on a copy of the forum at a different URL, in order to not have so much forum downtime.

But when I do that I get a login loop so I am unable to log in. Is there a way to reset the forum URL if you can't log in (I thought I could use tools.php, but I can't find anything there).

Or maybe I can change this in phpmyadmin, if so can someoen give me some precise instructions please?

Or how else to do this?
