Forum user groups not updating
 

Hello I am currently working with vbulletin 4.0.2 pl4
I am in the beta testing stage for my site and one of my beta testers found a problem which I cant seem to address corectly.

I am working with custom usergroups and all other permissions so far update correctly
except the permissions for who's online.
I don't want certain user groups to be able to view ip addresses but it still continues to allow members to view after permission has been disabled.
I disabled the option for all users for now, but I would like my admins to be able to view ips

Please help.
