Can I feature polls on the home page with VB?

Looking at possibly buying VBulletin. My site will feature polls on the home page that registered users can vote quickly without having to do much navigation. It seems like polls are tied to threads in VBulletin.

1. Can you enlighten me if there is a way to present them directly to anyone going to my site?

2. I'd also like to display the results on the home page?

3. Is it also possible to set up a non-admin group with permissions allowing them to add options to an existing poll?
