Fast CGI error
 

Hello,

Im getting an error when i try to send emails from the admin that says:

Code:
Error Details:

* The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout
* Error Number: 258 (0x80070102).
* Error Description: The wait operation timed out.

HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)
I dont know if its related but also when I register it occasionally says Content Encoding Error and just displays a white screen - the user is registered but dont get told about the email and and get scared off!

Ant help/suggestions are welcomed
