Allow Vendor to sticky threads in one forum?
 

I've got Vendors on my site and they each have their own forum. The "Authorized Vendor" usergroup permissions are essentially the same as a normal user with very minor differences. One of them asked me if they can sticky threads in their own forum. I assumed it would be simple to setup but can't figure it out. Is it possible, and if so, how? Thanks guys.
